The machine was equipped with two sets of molds, uses Φ5 and Φ8 milling cutters, capable of 

replicating complicated hole to the work piece. By adjusting the stopper at the left of the end 

milling head and the positioning bar on the profile bracket, you can mill rectangular hole with it. 

All movements take place on the linear axis, while forming pin can rotate freely, allowing easy 

and flexible operation. Startup switch is located at the control lever, and on the level there is joint 

bearing for easy operation. Adopts pneumatic clamping operation, high automation. Rotate 

raising positioning black allow three different kinds of milling depth. All linear movement bearings

 and milling cutters are from Germany, durable and smooth.

 aluminum window and curtain wall profiles. According to the size of different tenon, milling cutters can be

degrees, makes cutting-off and bevel cutting available.
