KT-383F/D CNC Double Mitre Saw

It is mainly used in the aluminum alloy curtain wall material, cutting material plan of window material, also available in cutting material plan or plastic profile. By using hard alloy saw blade, the outer diameter is 20″, Both its line speed and processing precision are high. When the machine bed works, the blades of double-head saws can carry on cutting simultaneously or separately. The saw blades can swing at any angle of 22.5°-0°-135°. In this machine bed, Japanese Panasonic NC system and feedback system of German ELGO original assemble, whose positioning precision is high, repeating positioning precision is about ±0.1 mm, Italy original assemble motor, whose cutting precision is high, and its stability is good, so they are more suitable for cutting at any angle for aluminum door and window and aluminum curtain wall material.

KT-383FB Digital Display Double Mitre Saw

Today we introduce one double mitre saw KT-383FB. KT-383FB is with Italian motor, Japan Panasonic control system, 45 and 90 degree cutting angle, 22 inches saw blade, measurement of length and height is by digital display.

  

1.Mainly used for cutting aluminum alloy profiles ,and used for cutting plastic profiles.

2.Adopts hard alloy saw blade, the outside diameter can reach 22″,the linear speed is high, the precision of processing is high.

3.When it works, two saw blades can cut profiles simultaneously or separately. The saw blade can tilts to  90°or 45° by cylinder.

4.Adopts digital device to measure height of profile ,more convenient to operate.

5. Adopts Italian motor ensures stable and precise performance, so it is ideal equipment for cutting aluminum alloy profiles.

Sample processed by corner crimping machine

For corner crimping machine, normally we need the drawing of aluminum profile and corner joint from customer, to check whether need to design the bump fork of crimping machine. Luckly our cambodian customer sent us the sample last week, coz the drawing he sent us was totally different. After testing in our standard corner crimping machine, we found that our standard machine is fitted his profile, no need to change anything.
