What is the different between KT-971, KT-971A and KT-204R?
What is the different between KT-971 Aluminum Composite Panel Grooving and Cutting Machine, KT-971A Aluminum Composite Panel Grooving and Cutting Machine and KT-204R Panel CNC Machining Center?
KT-971 Aluminum Composite Panel Grooving & Cutting Machine and KT-971A Aluminum Composite Panel Grooving & Cutting Machine are both used for cutting and grooving aluminum composite panel in horizontal and vertical direction, max grooving thickness is 8mm, max cutting thickness is up to 15-20mm. Besides aluminum composite panel, KT-971A and KT-971 can be also used for cutting some plastic panel and MDF panel.
KT-204R Panel CNC Machining Center not only can cut and groove in vertical and horizontal, but also can make any shape on aluminum composite panel, aluminum sheet and some plastic panel, controlled by Computer and with 6-position ATC system.
How to choose between KT-971, KT-971A and KT-204R?
If only use for cutting and grooving aluminum composite panel in horizontal and vertical direction, KT-971 or KT-971A is enought. If use for make irregular shape , need to choose KT-204R Panel CNC Machining Center.
What is aluminum composite panel?
Aluminium composite panel (ACP) also aluminium composite material, (ACM) is a type of flat panel that consists of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a non-aluminium core. ACPs are frequently used for external cladding or facades of buildings, insulation, and signage.

sheets can be coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), fluoropolymer
resins (FEVE), or polyester paint. Aluminium can be painted in any kind
