KT-S860 4-Axis CNC Machine attended project of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Terminal 2

The new terminal T2 of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport goes in service from 26 April 2018. The terminal building is about 658,7000 square meters, comprehensive transportation center is about 222,000 square meters. The passenger capacity can reach 45,000,000 per year.

Our machine KT-S860 4-Axis CNC Machining Center is very honor to attend this amazing project. KT-S860 is suitable used for milling ,drilling ,cutting on aluminum alloy profiles, PVC, light alloy profiles. It can completed -110°--1+110° processing after one loading , and also with Siemens 828D CNC system, HSD Italian spindle, to make sure the high precision and efficiency.

KT-383FC CNC Double Mitre Saw for aluminum window (cutting 45 and 90 degree angle)

KT-383FC is similar with KT-383FB, KT-383FC is also with 45 and 90 degree cuting angle, Italian motor, 4500mm cutting length, blade also come out from back to front. The different is KT-383FC is with 500mm saw blade, Japan Panasonic NC system which make profile feeding automatically. KT-383FB is with 550mm saw blade, profile feeding manually. KT-383FC CNC Double Head Cutting Machine for aluminum window 

It is mainly used in the aluminum alloy curtain wall material, cutting material plan of window material, also available in cutting material plan or plastic profile. By using hard alloy saw blade, the outer diameter is 20″, Both its line speed and processing precision are high. When the machine bed works, the blades of double-head saws can carry on cutting simultaneously or separately. The saw blades cut 45° and 90°. In this machine bed, Japanese Panasonic NC system and feedback system of German ELGO original assemble, whose positioning precision is high, repeating positioning precision is about ±0.1 mm, Italy original assemble motor, whose cutting precision is high, and its stability is good, so they are more suitable for cutting at any angle for aluminum door and window and aluminum curtain wall material.
